Commission Process
My goal is to capture the likeness and emotion of the individual or scene being drawn or painted. My resources for commission work are a combination of observation from photography and life. The process involves meeting with the client to discuss the plans for their painting, sometimes a photo session, preliminary sketches and a final review of the piece before varnishing. Commissioned pieces, depending on the complexity and amount of back log, take roughly six months for completion.

This guide is for a few sizes, less the cost of framing, but I will work as large or as small as requested. The cost may vary depending on the complexity of the painting's composition, size and medium.
